Sylvia Harlen, RN, MA, is a Registered Nurse and a graduate of the Mt. Sinai Hospital School of Nursing in New York City. Sylvia also received master’s degree in Psychology from Columbia University as well as an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Marymount College. Sylvia has more than twenty years of eldercare experience and has worked in hospital, home care, and corporate settings.

As a Geriatric Care Manager, Sylvia specializes in assisting older people and their families. After a telephone consultation, she will visit with you to assess your current healthcare and daily living needs. Your written report will recommend options for improved quality of life and necessary healthcare services. Cost estimates for resolving each problem will be included. Sylvia accepts clients in Wake, Orange, and Durham counties in North Carolina.
